Conditions of Use & Sale

Welcome to Produitsduvar.com, a company which provides and sells products from the French Riviera, via the website www.produits-du-var.com, to the conditions set out on this page. Please read the conditions carefully before using www.produits-du-var.com website.

1- Conditions relating to your use: By using the  www.produits-du-var.com website, you signify your agreement to be bound by these conditions and confirm you're an adult (min. 18 years old). You also confirm that you're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer to present unauthorised access to your account. Please ensure that the details you provide to www.produits-du-var.com website are correct and complete, and inform us immediately of any changes to the information that you've provided when registering.

2-Respect of the Regulation

Produitsduvar.com guarantees that the products sold on the website www.produits-du-var.com comply with the requirements and regulations in force, particularly in respect of health food and non-food provisions in CEE.

3-Products

The pictures illustrating the products are not contractual. In case of any error in the description of products or illustrations, in any event the liability of the company Produitsduvar.com would be engaged.

4-Prices and Invoicing

Our prices are quoted in euros (€), the amounts are all taxes included, exworks from Vidauban- France (so except the shipping, duties and taxes). For your information, you can also get the prices in US dollars ($) and UK pounds (£). In these two cases, the exact amount of you order will be calculated at check-out. The prices can be reviewable at any times, in case of changes in product prices and raw materials. Our invoices are issued the day of goods departure and sent by email to the email address specified at registering, on your customer account or other document or data transmitted by the client. You can also download your invoice from your website account.

5-Order

The order is considered as correct and final until full payment done and acceptance from Produitsduvar.com Company. For a confirmed order done via the website, the payment must be done online in a secure environment (Visa, Paypal, Banking transfer). For orders confirmed by fax or mail, a payment by check must necessarily be reached. No order will be confirmed without full payment by the following payment systems: secure online payment, check, bank transfer, cash.

6- Delivery

Our deliveries are done, subject to available stock. Delivery times are purely informational and without any guarantee. A delay doesn't authorize a customer to cancel the sale, refuse the goods and/or claim for damages. All deliveries must be checked by the client. The products always travel at the risk of the recipient and you've a notice period of 48 hours to make any reservations to the carrier for damaged or missing.

Shipping delay : after receipt of your order and full payment, a confirmation will be sent by fax or email. The delivery time is for your information only. 

Shipping costs are based on the total weight of your order and the place/country of delivery. All other ancillary costs and any customs fees of any nature whatsoever, will be paid by the client. Deliveries in CEE countries are made by colissimo Europe. For the other ones (except France & CEE), by colissimo international.  When ordering goods from produits-du-var.com, for delivery overseas, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied one the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

Disclaimer : Produitsduvar.com Company undertakes to provide the carrier or La Poste, the products ordered and paid in full by the client. The carrier undertakes to deliver the client on time and delays do not entitle the client to claim any damage.

8- Governing Law and jurisdiction

These conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France.  

9- Competent Authority

In case of dispute between the two parts, only the Court in Draguignan (Var- France) will have jurisdiction.
